Martin J. Small - President, Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Small founded CALCULEX in 1986 after several years at Physical Science Laboratory, a subsidiary of New Mexico State University as systems engineer and Chief of Systems Technologies.    He holds three degrees from NMSU – a BS in Electrical Engineering, BS in Mathematics and BS in Computer Science.  A native of Las Cruces, New Mexico, Martin is very involved in local community organizations including The Las Cruces High Technology Consortium and the Mesilla Valley Economic Development Agency.

W. Tom Beams - Vice President Marketing and Sales

After delivering a multi-million dollar upgrade to the US Air Force Satellite Tracking Network (AFSCN) for a California recorder company, Mr. Beams joined CALCULEX in 1997 as Director of Business Development.  He holds a BSEE from California State University San Jose where he graduated in 1969.  Mr. Beams is responsible for all marketing and sales activity as well as assisting in the day-to-day operation of CALCULEX.  Prior experience includes CEO for a high tech graphics company in Silicon Valley and as Program Manager for a state-of-the-art fingerprint identification installed at New Scotland Yard in London.  Tom lives in Santa Rosa, California.

Christine M. Long - Vice President Finance and Administration

Ms. Long began her career with CALCULEX in 1989 as administrative assistant. She is responsible for human resources, contract administration, payroll, banking relationships, accounting, health care insurance, order entry, invoicing and collections. Ms. Long is also CALCULEX corporate secretary. Before joining CALCULEX Ms. Long was office manager for the leading commercial real estate appraisal firm in Las Cruces. A native of the United Kingdom, Christine graduated from the Chichester College of Technology in Westgate Fields, Chichester, in West Sussex. Christine became a US citizen in 1998. She lives in High Rolls, New Mexico near Alamogordo.

Donald J. Correia - Vice President Programs

As Manager of Customer Support for a large recorder company Mr. Correia had many years experience in both domestic and international commercial and aerospace high technology products. He joined CALCULEX in 2004 as program manager for a major development project for the US Army. He was promoted to Vice President shortly after he joined the company. Don graduated from De Vry Institute of Technology with a BS Electronic Engineering Technology and completed several courses in logistical support management at UCLA. He lives in Las Cruces, New Mexico.
